Clients must purchase
the Shopoff Properties Trust, Inc. REIT within the IRA. They may then hold
publicly traded or registered securities within the IRA
for no additional transaction fees. Clients may hold The Shopoff Group Sponsored Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies within the IRA, and those fees would be assessed pursuant to the The Shopoff LP/LLC IRA Fee Schedule. Clients may hold non-related private placement or other non-traditional assests with their Shopoff Properties Trust investment by converting to the Trust Company of America Standard Fee Schedule.
Non-traditional assets include,
but are not limited to, deeds of trust, real property,
collectibles, promissory notes and limited partnerships.
Traditional assets include, but
are not limited to, publicly traded stocks, bonds and
mutual funds. Fees apply to each purchase, sell, payoff,
exchange or tender offer.
The administration fee
is billed at the beginning of each year and is not prorated
or refundable. All fees are deducted from available
cash in the account. If the account has insufficient
cash, an invoice will be issued with quarterly account
statements. Unpaid fees, outstanding over thirty (30)
days after the date of the invoice, will be assessed
a $25.00 late fee. The Custodian reserves the right
to liquidate assets for any overdue fees. The Custodian
reserves the right to charge for any services listed
which it may be required to perform due to client error,
delay, or by action of law and for extraordinary services
at $60.00 per half-hour. Fees are effective April 5,
2007. |
